All reservations are guaranteed with a deposit of up to $400.00 via personal cheque or credit card. Credit card deposits are processed immediately.
Please Note:
We will do our very best to lodge you in the exact cottage you request. However, for reservations of four days or less, if we cannot give you the exact cottage, we will lodge you in another in the same category, and with the same quality.
Make your request, and we’ll try to fulfill it.
Cancellation Policy: 2025
A deposit will be taken when we reserve your booking. All cancelled reservations are subject to a $70.00 administrative fee, and then we’ll return the rest of your deposit to you.
A full forfeiture of your deposit will be taken:
- When a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
- For early departures.
- If you are unable to arrive on the first day of your booking.

Please Note:
Your deposit assures your reservation. Early departures are considered as cancellations and are subject to forfeiture of your deposit.

Regular Season: June 1 – June 27 and September 1 – October 1
Peak Season: June 28 – August 30
Low Season: Mid-April – May 31 and October 2 – November 30
